If you want to get involved and stay connected, completing an application is an important step. Underlined links to forms are provided below:

• The CCC-PC Volunteer application form allows you to indicate your areas of interest and sign up to work in those areas.

• Washington State Emergency Worker application that includes a background check through the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department Participants. These cards are required for those who wish to become involved on specific teams. An additional requirement of Pierce County Department of Emergency Management is the completion of the FEMA Independent Studies 700, 100, and 200.These are free and can be taken on-line through FEMA or through an in-class one-day offering through Pierce County Department of Emergency Management.

• CCC-PC EOC Liaison Application is needed to participate in working in the Emergency Operations Center.
